[SQU] Forwarding Request depending on URL

Hi,

I'm going to get some experience with Squid.
Does anyone know how to configure Squid to forward each request to a
different proxy (without looking for the cache) depending on the target
Domain Name by using DNS?
As I've heard there's something like autoconfig files used by browsers
but it shouldn't need to use a web server to get the information.
Is that possible?
Unfortunately I couldn't find any help neither in the FAQs nor in the
Mail-Archive.
