[squid-users] 'best' system for blocking sites

Hi all,
Until now I have been using acl's and files with lists of sites and regex
expressions in them to block unwanted sites. Would using something like
Squidguard / Junkbuster be more efficient in terms of delays and or memory
usage? There are three main lists, two of which have nearly 100 lines.
