Yes, and it appears to work reasonably well.
We have run similar setups before - allow only the ms-proxy
to connect to squid, and require all client machines to
connect via the ms box.
This is useful in places where you want to run ms-proxy based
filtering for example, but don't want to expose an NT box...
From memory (its a little hazy), just configure a "cascaded"
proxy server in MS-Proxy, and specify the squid box... :)
