[squid-users] Delay Pools and Content Type for current Stable

There is a patch for devel versions of Squid
to work with Content-Type based Delay Pools.

Can I use it with the current stable version of Squid?

Is there another way to take more bandwidth to HTMLs and images,
and less to "application/octect-stream" etc ?
