[squid-users] squid upgrade problem

Hi all,

I've just upgraded squid proxy from ver 2.2.STABLE4 to 2.4.STABLE2.
Everything is fine but whenever I access a web page which asks for
login name and password it doesn't work.

It asks for login name and password twice before I get to the page.
Sometimes I get an error "404 Not Found".

The same page works fine if I don't use proxy. Do I need to change
something in squid.conf.

Any help would be appreciated.
