this what i get in my browser..

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://62.32.53.19/

The following error was encountered:

Access Denied.
Access control configuration prevents your request
from being allowed at this time. Please contact your
service provider if you feel this is incorrect.

and this is what i got in logs

TCP_MISS/403 1094 GET http://proxy.X.X/ -
DIRECT/my_proxy_ip text/html

Any helps?
