Are you using Squid as a proxy, or are you transparently intercepting port 80
traffic?

If transparently intercepting port 80, try reconfiguring IE to use Squid as a
proxy.

Also try "Control+Reload", "Shift+Reload" or whatever combination it is on
the MAC for forcing a full reload.
