You need --enable-linux-netfiler if you are using Linux-2.4, not if you
are using Linux-2.2.

If you are running Linux-2.2 with ipchains, and have
httpd_accel_uses_host_header enabled then it should work fine, unless
someone actually request a URL with the IP of the proxy.
