[squid-users] TCP_MISS/000

Hi every,

I'm runing Squid 2.4.STABLE.
I have a trouble with one of SSL site. Some times user can get through to
this site. but most times I get follow line in my log file.

www.agency.jobs.nsw.gov.au:443 - NONE/- -

any one has any idea?
