Sorry, the matter was the access from the user squid to my /etc/shadow...
Now it works perfectly... Thank everybody for the help anyway!

To try iff your authentication program (NCSA) works

run it in the console with your password file.
the program normaly listens for input.

now try to type on one line a combination of a username with his
password(clear text) the username and password are seperated with a space.

If you give a good combination the program should respond 'OK' if not
correct 'ERR'

So if you get een 'ERR' answer on a correct username password, then
probably your password file is in the wrong format.
