[squid-users] Managing cache objects.

Hello,
My users have a problem. A government site which is badly configured asks
for ntlm auth. It has no password, so if I bypass the proxy and use IE or
Netscape it does not asks you any password. But as I use squid, I have the
infamous 401.2 page.
So I have downloaded the site with wget. Is there any way that I can put
this objects in the cache?
Or I have to set up a web server and dns just for this site?
