new 'push' branch on Sourceforge

This is to let all and sundry know that I have created
a sourceforge squid branch that holds the ongoing merge
of pushcache functionality into current Squid. The branch is named
'push.'

The stage it is in now is debugging. Pretty much all the code is in
there, and it all compiles and runs normal Squid stuff OK, but still
needs work to make the push stuff work. The original stuff is based
on squid-1.1.22 (started in 1.1.20!), which is incredibly ancient in
cache years, so the update is a bit of work.

There are two temporary new options to configure: --enable-hints and
--enable-plaxton. A certain simple basic level of push service (PUT
and dist), is enabled by default. The first option additionally
enables hint caching, and the second enables the Plaxton distributed
hierarchy algorithm. Each option represents increasing complexity and
instability at this stage of development.

You kin git it yerself from Sourceforge if you like. The command
sequence is:

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.squid.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/squid login
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.squid.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/squid co -r
push squid
