Did you clean the source tree when moving it?

  make distclean

It will not work moving a configured source tree.

Looks like your RedHat 6.2 system does not have the correct versions of
automake installed for bootstrapping the Squid sources. There is no need to
if the source is already bootstrapped on another system. bootstrapping is
system independent, and only needs to be done when there has been changes to
configure.in or the Makefile.am files..
