[squid-users] Squid Stops Forwarding http traffic

I have run into weird problem with squid 2.4 STABLE1
Whenever someone sets up a webex session (webex is an online meeting where
users can share desktops www.webex.com) All processing of http traffic stops
except for the webex session.
Everyone else get this message displayed in their browser

Error: Incorrect Protocol Format

Likely Cause: Incorrect web address, or incorrect server configuration.
For further assistance, please contact WebEx technical support.

According to the folks a webex they send everything over port 80.
No errors are recorded in the access or cache logs.
