Using a range works fine..

From squid.conf.default (the documentation for squid.conf):
# acl aclname src ip-address/netmask ... (clients IP address)
# acl aclname src addr1-addr2/netmask ... (range of addresses)

Note: netmask is used when specifying networks or ranges of networks, not
when specifying IP addresses or ranges of IP addresses.
