Hello Henrik Nordstrom,

Thanks for your prompt reply.I've followed as you said (running
identd on my windows m/c).
        ident_lookup on(what is it?it is not in squid.conf)
        acl friends user kak usm
        http_access allow friends
        http_access deny all
I've set last 3 lins only in squid.conf .
It allows for kak , usm and other users are denied from accessing page.
So i hope it works fine .Am I correct .?
What is the purpose of ident_lookup_access directive?

TIA,
-shadha
