[squid-users] TCP_MISS/504 errors since the weekend?

Hello,

One of the sites I visit regularly was down of the weekend for maintenance.
It's back up now and I can read the page from other hosts on the internet.

On my machine I get the following message in the access.log:

        TCP_MISS/504 1033 GET http://debianplanet.org/ - NONE/- -

, and the browser times out.

I thought adding "miss_access allow all" to the /etc/squid.conf would fix it
but it hasn't.

Can anyone help? The version I'm using is "Squid Cache (Version 2.4.STABLE3)"
