No, but our RPM is derived from Red Hat's.

The configure-expression from our squid.spec:
%configure \
    --exec_prefix=/usr \
    --bindir=/usr/sbin \
    --libexecdir=/usr/lib/squid \
    --localstatedir=/var \
    --sysconfdir=/etc/squid \
    --enable-removal-policies="heap,lru" \
    --enable-async-io \
    --enable-storeio="ufs,aufs,coss,diskd" \
    --disable-ident-lookups \
    --disable-wccp \
    --disable-snmp \
    --enable-poll \
    --enable-x-accelerator-vary

The last line require's Henrik's Vary-patch and is only interesting if
you use content-negotation or write code which behaves differently based
on e.g. browser model.

We also use a couple of extra patches, but they aren't related to
performance.
