I have two parent proxies (not Squid) which I can choose to surf the web. I
have set up 3 squid proxies where one act as parent to two others.
Graphically, it looks something like this:

         Out1 Out2
           |____________|
                 |
             Squid Parent
                 |
           --------------
           | |
         Squid child Squid child

How can I configure my Squid parent so it chooses between Out1 and Out2
depending on the load?
