[squid-users] Delay Pools

 HI

1. I have conf

bucket 1 - is client user bazed class 2 bucket
Bucket 2 - is other client users class 2 bucket
Bucket 3 - is server url bazed agrgrate class 1 bucket

Ideia is to split trafik between two group of users and limit all trafik
(user group1 + user group2) to
some host(s) ... But I see that bucket 3 not work ? All bucket is full
but I continie to get files from
URL-s with big speed:(
