and the restriction rules:
http_access deny localnet10 yahoo MORNING
http_access deny localnet10 yahoo AFTERNOON
http_access allow localnet10 yahoo LUNCH
http_access allow localnet10 yahoo EVENING
http_access allow localnet10 yahoo MIDNIGHT
http_access allow localnet10
