I can thoroughly reccomend DansGuardian http://dansguardian.org/
It filters by URL and content so keeping the lists up to date is not very
important as it adapts to the content. URL blocking is always out of date
and incomplete. It also is compatible with squidGuard URL lists.

Have a look. See what you think.
