[squid-users] Can I specify what IP rand NOT to cache...?

I have two networks connected via VPN.
I have an INTRANET server in network A. From network B I can connect to the
INTRANET on network A without a problem if web proxy is turned OFF. With
squid on I cannot access the INTRANET from network B. The users can connect
to the INTERNET no matter if the web proxy is on or off.

Network A has ip scheme of 10.30.0.0 255.255.0.0
Network B has ip scheme of 192.168.0.0 255.255.0.0

Network B is the one that has squid installed.
I have setup routing and chains rules for both. Like I said everything works
fine if web proxy is off... What am I doing wrong?

Can I specify what IP address range squid will NOT cache...? How do I do I
this?

PS I cannot change the ip address schemes.

Thanks.
