Squid can't "pass through" the SSL traffic with a URL rewrite.
Its encrypted when it hits squid, so unless squid decrypts it,
I don't see how its going to work.

In your redirect script please log the lines received and then
sent back to squid, and then reproduce the problem you emailed
me about earlier. As I said, it worked for me, so its going to be
something weird with your setup. For example, what is 10.1.1.2 ?
