Thanks for reply.
This is to make sure i did not do any mistake in squid configuration.
When i am tring to telnet to rediffmail.com at 80 i am getting this error.

# telnet rediffmail.com 80
Trying 203.199.83.5...
telnet: connect to address 203.199.83.5: Connection refused
Trying 203.199.83.131...
telnet: connect to address 203.199.83.131: Connection refused
Trying 202.54.124.154...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused

My confusion here is if i bypass squid machine i was able to connect
$ telnet rediffmail.com 80
Trying 203.199.83.5...
Connected to rediffmail.com.
Escape character is '^]'.
