Hi all
Im facing a strange problem when implementing WCCP with a 7513 cisco box
across multiple hops
There is no firewall in between
WCCP comes up and is detected by the router . it sends GRE encapsulated packets
to the squid box but after sometime like abt 3 to 5 mins , wccp session is lost
and reported on the router
idunno why this is happening
this is kernel 2.2.19 on redhat
also when deploying 2 caches behind a 7513 router , the loads shifts enirely
to one squid box and the other is not allotted any hash buckets
any problem with my config
IOS version is
Cisco Internetwork Operating System Software
IOS (tm) RSP Software (RSP-JSV-M), Version 12.1(6)E2, EARLY DEPLOYMENT RELEASE

are there any issues with either wccp implementation of squid or the IOS
