Definitely works with gcc, and probably with cc in ANSI mode (ANSI mode
is -std0 from memory, or it could be -std1). A couple of the developers
used to use squid on Digital Unix (aka OSF/1 or Compaq Tru64 or if the
HP-Compaq merger goes ahead, who knows...). cc had some problems with
different versions as it would core dump on some complex expressions.
