[squid-users] How do I configure Squid forward all requests to another proxy with two different ports?

Hi,

Here is the situation...
My local ISP provides me a proxy with port 8080 for
HTTP and port 8083 for HTTPS

I manage to configure it to request for port 8080 and
for secure websites it wont work at all.

How do I configure Squid forward all requests to
another proxy with two different ports?
