Hello there!!! I can't rotate my logs!

When I do "/usr/local/squid/bin/squid -k rotate" it tells me:

squid: ERROR: No running copy.

But with "ps aux|grep squid" I get this output:

root 807 0.0 0.8 3600 852 ? S Feb18 0:00
/usr/local/squid/
squid 984 1.8 33.2 34768 31524 ? S Feb18 28:26 (squid)
squid 985 0.0 0.3 1308 336 ? S Feb18 0:00 (unlinkd)
root 2278 0.0 0.7 1740 724 pts/0 S 13:03 0:00 grep squid

What's wrong with my setup?

Thanx...
