* URL
* Date the object was retreived
* Last-modified timestamp (if any)
* MD5 hash of the URL
* Expires timestamp (if any)
* Size

If the URL does not exacly match what you are requesting then it is
not seen as the same object.

If the size does not match then the cached object is corrupted and is
ignored (after complaining loudly)

The rest is used for freshness and cache revalidations to ensure you
get a fresh copy of the object within the limits set in squid.conf
(refresh_pattern).
