sorry to bother once again

i hv the foll cachemgr stats from 5 min utilization

cpu_time = 202.960000 seconds

 what's worrying me is the cpu usage abt 67 %
isnt it too hight for 27 req/sec

top says

the machine has not gone into swapping at all
