Pretty normal, but see the nameserver warning below for a possible
cause.

Could indicate a problem with one of your DNS servers. For some reason
Squid received a DNS reply from 217.23.130.173 which is not one of it's
configured DNS servers.

This is a problem.

See the cachemgr if there is any hint on what all your filedescriptors
are used for. Maybe there is a misbehaving client hogging all the
available resources.

See also the Squid FAQ on how to increase the amount of available
filedescriptors.
