Awie,Joe Henrik and Adrian,thanx for ur help but still
i am confused what you suggest to me.

Either i have to change or upgraede any
thing in squid ir u will recomend any change or
upgraddation in router.

Router Load remain stable at 54 to 60 %,its a cisco
4700 series with 12.2 iso.
