[squid-users] Scheduled fetching of sibling misses

Hi,

Is there an existing tool that fetches sibling misses at specific periods?

For example, ProxyB is a sibling of ProxyA. ProxyB requests an object from
ProxyA but it does not have the object thus returning a MISS. ProxyA,
knowing that ProxyB requested an object earlier but got a MISS, will try to
fetch the object if it's still not in the cache after a specific period of
time.
