Note the following, one of them might help.
When you configure /etc/squid/squid.conf, you don't really need to
enable all the options you have done, at least just for a minimal proxy
server. All you need is the acl and the http_access Your acl and
http_access are fine. Have you done the chnges in the Proxy settings of
the browser, do double check. Just these two things done correctly gets
squid to work for sure. C'ya Aman
