[squid-users] reverse proxy refresh_pattern

Hi squid-users
  
I'm trying to accelerate large site here, using squid as reverse
proxy.
And i'm wondering can i do refresh_patter regexps like

refresh_pattern index.php\?id\=(\d+)$ 10 100% 15

so let's say blah.blah.com/index.php?id=87658765
will be cached for aprox 10 minutes.

Can this be done wihtout patching squid?
Or are there some good up-to-date reverse proxy patches out there i
should read about?
