[squid-users] I can not run cachemgr.cgi? & transparent proxy ?

Hi,to all
I am kabiri,I have some problems in running cachemgr.cgi ?
I see you mail to Boniforti Flavio,
 
1. is necessary to be cachemgr.cgi in /cgi-bin/ until to run?
   When as the cachemgr.cgi is in /usr/lib/squid/
   I go Apache and I make virtual URL where cachemgr.cgi
(/usr/lib/squid/) is and I give
   correct permission and enable cgi-execute for this dir but until I
cann't run cachemgr.cgi?
   What do I do for run cachemgr.cgi?
 
2. How can I in make squid transparent proxy?
 
3. Isn't there any visual application for manage squid and config squid?

 
4. Isn't there squid for win 2000 server? If there is how can I get it?
