[squid-users] squid as proxy on workgroup lan

Hi ALL:

I've been installing proxies/peers for internet/external access. Fine, I can
do that.

My problem is I am trying to install a proxy on a workgroup lan (windows).
There is no dns nor wins involved (only hosts file). But I cannot seem to
let it work. This lan do not have/need internet access. I just want to speed
up their browsing.

Tips pls.
