[squid-users] not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL

Hello All,

I was not getting any page through squid rather then error saying

The cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL.
Check if the address is correct.

I got following message in cache.log.(I have attached full cache.log also)
