[squid-users] transparent and hierarchy trouble with an non-squid parent

I have two ISPs ... one shared and one private
On the shared one i installed squid 2.4-stable7 and transparent
and on private one (on windows) i put a winroute with proxy.
and i put winroute-proxy in squid as parent

now ... everything works well but
i put down the shared connection (for this purposes that winroute-proxy
and hierarchy was installed) and users cannot access web pages any-more ...
but if i configure stations to use proxy (no more transparent) then it
works

my best guess is that winroute-proxy cannot understand requests from
transparent proxy , and squid forward them like that :(

if anyone have any idea PLEASE HELP ME !!!
