[squid-users] https forward request

Hi Guys,
            I'm running 2 proxy servers, first is RH 7.3 (squid) 2nd WinNT
4.0 (winroute). My RH 7.3 is my primary proxy server all users used this
proxy, how can I forward all https (443) request of my clients to my second
proxy server (winnt 4.0), is this ipchains responsibilities or do I need
made some changes to my squid configuration?. I'm force in doing this setup
because my RH 7.3 (squid) didn't accepted a null character headers and it
was only accepted in my NT box. What's the best solution in this problem?
