first, u'd need to be sure that the RPM installation
was compiled with --enable-snmp... if so, all u need
to do is follow instructions given in the SNMP FAQ ..
if it doesn't work, most likely your distro didn't
build the squid RPM with snmp... all u would need to
do is get a source RPM file of squid, and edit the
spec file to reflect --enable-snmp .. rebuild the
source rpm and you're good to go..
