[squid-users] TCP_MISS/000

There are a number of sites that time out using my squid proxy and the logs
show the following

1029821508.270 881 203.166.13.5 TCP_MISS/000 0 GET
http://www.nvidia.com/docs/CP/12/SUPP/lnav_business_on_us.gif - NONE/- -

I notice all of the other TCP_MISS in the logs have /200 /302 etc instead of
/000 after it.

Any thoughts / suggestions / ideas ? is there something I can do to fix
this? It's not just the nvidia site, but creative and quite a large number
of other sites.
