The Squid cache does not even prompt me with a login box for the username
and password, it simply denies access at once, logging a TCP_DENIED/407 in
the logfiles. The full entry looks like this:

I ama bit confused by the message about a HTTP 1.1 compliant browser and
that it does not show me a box where I can authenticate myself. Any ideas
would be appreciated, thank you. While I use Konqi and I am happy with it,
the MAC, windows and other OS users most likely wont be happy.
