[squid-users] block online game, video, mp3 and downloading big file

Hi,

I want to run a squid proxy server and build a linux
firewall to prevent users from abusing the network.

Idealy, I would like to stop them playing online game,
watching/listening multi-media stream data (video,
movie, mp3, real, etc) and downloading big file.

Can anyone point out how to setup squid and which port
should be disabled via firewall?
