[squid-users] (Squid Users) Which Squid for windows latest version i download

Hi

i wanna use squid for Windows version...... there is latest Squid 2.5
version is available ...http://www.serassio.it/download/download.htm

1 is Squid NT 2.5 for Windows - Binaries (External DNS build)
2 is Squid NT 2.5 for Windows - Binaries (Delay Pools build)

can any one tell me which version i have to use............also whats the
function of .........External DNS build , Delay Pools.........
