[squid-users] Please Help - Cache not able to resolve hostname in the URL

Please Help

We have been using Squid for over 2 years with no
problems.

Our domain name cmpdi.co.in

Since the last 2 months we are facing a lot of
problems
Browsing of a number of sites results in the message

The dnsserver returned:

No DNS records
This means that:

The cache was not able to resolve the hostname
presented in the URL.
Check if the address is correct.

Your cache administrator is root.

What could be the cause of the problem. The ISP has
been changing the setup during this period but
machines directly connected to the net are able to
browse without any problems.

I shall be very grateful for any help rendered in this
regard.
