Hi
I having try to figure out how to increase my cache
performance. Is the ReiserFS faster to use with squid than the
Ext3? And if so, what is the general gain in the cache
performance. I am using squid 2.5 STABLE 1 on RH 7.2
kernel 2.4.19

I currently have the following config:
The /home/squid is mounted using Ext3.

cache_dir aufs /home/squid 6500 24 256

Would it be quicker to add another 7200rpm drive and have
two cache directories.
