[squid-users] SquidNT runs from cmd line but not as a svc.

I have installed Squid 2.5 Stable 1 on two Win2K (one Pro and one Server)
stations.

On the Win2K Pro Squid runs fine as a service + from the command line.

On the Win2K Server, it only runs from the command line, but not as a
service. The event log has two Svc Control Mgr error messages: both relating
to timeout in trying to connect to the service. The application log has no
messages.

Any ideas on what to look for to get it to run as a service?
