Thank you again Henry. Just to clarify...below should be all I need for
a simple accelerator to www.mydomain.com (assuming that Squid resolves
www.mydomain.com to whatever webserver I wish to send it to..)

httpd_accel_with_proxy on
httpd_accel_host www.mydomain.com
httpd_accel_uses_host_header on
